The life of the power supply is related to the operating temperature. The lower the temperature, the longer the life. The module uses an aluminum base plate, which has far better heat dissipation performance than ordinary composite panels and has a longer service life. If the module fits the equipment shell or other metal materials to assist in heat dissipation, the lifespan will be longer. 3000V voltage resistance, no need to worry about leakage of aluminum shell.

Dimensions:

When the board is not plugged in, the height is 17MM, and the size of the 4 screw holes is 3MM. During installation, the board can be directly attached to a fixed object according to the actual situation to enhance heat dissipation. Vout=(R3/R2+1)x1.2

Module interface:

IN+: DC input positive pole 10V-130/150V (needs to be more than 5V higher than the output) IN-: DC input negative pole, connected to the negative pole of the output OUT+: DC output positive pole.

OUT-: DC output negative pole, connected to the input negative pole.

Attention：

1. The input of the product should be greater than the output voltage, and it is best to maintain a voltage difference of more than 5V. The input cannot be connected reversely or connected to the anti-burn board. During installation, the board can be directly attached to a fixed object according to the actual situation to enhance heat dissipation.

2. Connect the input first, not the output device. First connect the connection cable between the module and the power supply, and then turn on the power. Otherwise, high voltage may easily cause sparking, which may cause damage to the circuit. After selecting a suitable power supply, use a multimeter or voltmeter to measure whether the output voltage of the module is consistent with the voltage required by the equipment, and then connect the electrical equipment. The wiring should not be too thin to ensure that the wire can withstand the corresponding current.

3. Protect inductive loads to prevent excessive reverse electromotive force beyond the chip's endurance range. If you need to work for a long time, you should purchase a power module with higher power. The actual power used by the load device should account for 30%-75% of the rated power of the module. Full load or overload use has a great impact on module stability, temperature, service life, etc. The greater the power used by the module and the closer the current is to the maximum current, the greater the heat will be. Pay attention to heat dissipation when using it.

4. This module is a non-isolated power supply. If the equipment is expensive and is used in high voltage and complex environments, it is recommended to use an isolated power supply (with an isolation transformer).
