About Shipment FAQ

1. When will my order be shipped?

we are manufacturers,generally most of our products are in stock, ,and your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after your payment is verified by Paypal. If there are some hot selling products  out of stock, we' ll contact you asap to discuss a processing time extension or other solutions.

2.When can I receive my package?

After we shipped out, by DHL it takes about 5-9days arrival ；By Registered Mail Or 4PX channel, it usually takes 7-25 days for developed countries,but it usually takes 15-35 days and even longer 60 days for some remote countries.

3.Do I need to pay import customs tax?

Cross-border shopping purchases are tariffs imposed by the importing countries,so the buyers are responsible for (in case) all tax or VAT under any circumstances.

4.Are the goods tax-inclusive? Can they be declared at a lower price?

About tariffs
The product price and shipping cost do not include tariffs. The tariff collection methods of different countries are different. Buyers need to pay tariffs when receiving the goods 
1. International imports from some countries/regions may require specific materials for customs clearance (if necessary, we will provide customers with pro forma invoices).
2. If the goods are returned due to the customer's non-cooperation with customs clearance, the freight shall be borne by the consignee.
3. We can provide screenshots of the order. Please contact us if the customs requires it.
4. If the return is caused by the buyer, the freight shall be borne by the buyer, and the cost shall be subject to the selected courier.
5. We can declare a low price according to your requirements. If necessary, you can note the price you want to declare in the order. We generally recommend that customers declare one-third of the product price.

It is recommended that all customers in EU countries, if you have a tax number, please note your tax number when placing an order.
