- It is strictly forbidden to insert balance wires into BMS before connecting batteries.Must make sure that the cable is soldered correctly first , and then connect the BMS board.

The sequence of connecting wires for BMS:
From thin black balance wire to stare, the 2ndwire(thin red wire)connect with the 1st battery’s positive pole.Then connect each cell’s positive pole in order until the last one B+.
b.Please do not insert the plug directly after the cable is connected.Measure the voltage between each two adjacent metal terminals on the back of the plug. If it is a ternary polymer battery, the voltage should be between 3.0 ~4.2V, and the voltage of the iron-lithium battery should be between 2.0 ~3.6V. The voltage should be between 1.5~2.75V.
c.After confirming that the wiring sequence and voltage of the cables are correct, insert them into the socket of the protection board.
Attention please: The cables of different manufacturers are not universal, please make sure to use the matching cables. - After the wiring is completed, measure whether the voltage of battery B+and B- ,and the voltage of B- and C- are equal. If they are equal, the protection board is working normally and can be used normally. If it is not equal, please check the wiring again.
4-14S 80A Li-ion Battery Protection BMS board:

- This BMS is compatible with battery packs up to 24s, which is over 100V DC when fully charged. Electric shocks from high voltage may cause serious injury.Please pay attention to safety when using.
- This device is designed to reduce the risk of charging and will not protect against overcurrent discharge, undervoltage, internal pack shorts, pack overtemperature.
Smart BMS
MAXKGO BMS HV Master Board:
MKBMS is based on the modular BMS of LTC68XX and STM32 MCU, and is connected to one or more slave boards and integrated integrated boards of different sizes through the ISOSPI interface. The modular BMS can be configured for various applications with battery voltages within 400V.
MKBMS is developed based on the open source materials of DieBieMS and ENNOID BMS. Currently MKBMS is compatible with ENNOID firmware. Here, a special thanks to the developers of open source BMS materials.
