Please rest assured that this information is for local use only and will not be uploaded to cloud servers. At the same time, in order to bind devices conveniently in the future, Maxkgo BMS will encrypt and save the WiFi password locally, which will be automatically filled in the password for the next device networking, so as to quickly connect devices to the network. On the homepage and distribution network page of Maxkgo BMS, in order to quickly discover the devices around you, we will intermittently automatically scan the WiFi list near you based on the version of your phone.
2.3 When you use Maxkgo BMS intelligent services, IoT devices may collect information that is bound to your BMS battery device, such as battery temperature, battery level, and other information. The purpose of collecting this type of information is to facilitate your viewing of the device's working status, detection data, and historical usage statistics.
2.4 During your use of our products and services, in order to identify abnormal status of your account or device, understand or optimize the compatibility of our products and services, and provide application version upgrades or firmware upgrade services, we will collect your usage information from the front-end or back-end and store it as network log information, including the hardware model, IESI number, IDFA, IMEI number or other unique device identifiers of the relevant devices, MAC address, IP address, operating system version, sensitive information behavior of obtaining users' software installation list, registration date, and settings of the devices used to access the services. In order to provide better intelligent experience services, we will collect relevant usage information of your IoT devices, including device model, device operating status, device usage frequency, power consumption, environmental temperature, and environmental humidity.

2.5.1.1 Smart Device Connection provides Maxkgo BMS services, allowing you to securely connect and manage smart devices. We may collect your login account information, phone related information, IP address, and smart device related information. These pieces of information will be used to provide you with smart device quick connection, connectivity, discovery of nearby devices, and device management functions. The above information is listed in detail as follows:
Mobile phone related information: hardware device identification (IMSI, IMEI, MEID, device hardware serial number, SIM card identification, OAID, Mac address, Android ID)、 Phone model, system version information, system language, country or region set on the phone, version number of the app store, phone screen size and resolution, CPU and display device related information.
Information collected during the process of connecting smart devices: Based on the type of smart device you need to connect to, we may collect WiFi information (SSID, BSSID, WiFi Mac address, WiFi password), device Mac address, and device ID for smart devices connected via WiFi.
After establishing a local connection through Bluetooth, smart devices connected through WiFi: WiFi information (SSID, BSSID, WiFi Mac address, WiFi password), device Mac address, device Bluetooth Mac address.

2.6 When you enable the device or Maxkgo BMS positioning function and use our location-based weather services, environmental management services, and post positioning services, we will collect location information so that you do not need to manually enter your geographic coordinates to obtain relevant services. We will use technologies such as IP addresses, GPS, and other sensors that can provide relevant information (such as nearby devices, WLAN access points, and base stations) for positioning. You can disable the location function through system authorization, stop our collection of your geographic location information, and after disabling it, you will not be able to use the relevant functions or achieve the intended effect of the relevant services. Attention: Collecting your current location information is to provide you with environmental services and fast device distribution services, and will not track your whereabouts.
2.7 In order to help us understand the operation of any Maxkgo BMS mentioned above, we may record relevant information, including your usage frequency, crash data, overall usage, and performance data. We will not associate the information stored in the analysis software with any of your personal information.
2.8 In order to provide online feedback on the use of Maxkgo BMS, we need to collect the following information from you: contact information, problem description, problem phenomenon pictures or videos. Collecting such information is better for analyzing and locating issues, contacting you for more information to solve problems, and tracking the service situation in a closed loop. If you do not provide such information, we may not be able to effectively locate and resolve the issues you have reported.
2.9 Maxkgo BMS may invoke the permissions of your device. The following are the business functions corresponding to the invoked permissions, the purpose of our invocation, and the situation in which we inquire about the invoked permissions. You can choose to disable some or all permissions in the app settings or through Android system settings to refuse our collection of corresponding information. The display and closing of permissions may vary among different devices using Android systems. Please contact the device and system developers for specific details.
2.10 In order to improve the security of your use of Maxkgo BMS services, protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public from infringement, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions, etc., and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or Maxkgo BMS related policies and rules, we may use or integrate your account information, device interaction information, network log information, and information that we have obtained your authorization or shared in accordance with the law to comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks, verify your identity, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
